Those were the words reportedly spoken by Yulia Skripal about her father's health to her cousin Victoria, during a recorded phone call made public by Rossiya-1's program 60 minutes.

If true, they would not only be the first public statements made by the victim since the alleged attempted chemical assassination on March 4th in Salisbury, but would greatly undermine the assertion by the British government that the Skripal's were exposed to a military grade nerve agent five to eight times more potent than VX.

Victoria Skripal was confirmed to be a family member of both Sergei and his daughter by Russia's Ambassador to the United Kingdom Alexander Yakovenko. According to a transcript provided by Victoria to the Daily Mail, Yulia was preparing to check out "soon" from Salisbury hospital, where she and her father have been receiving treatment.

Also on Thursday, Britain's Scotland Yard released a statement claiming to be on behalf of Yulia Skripal, stating that she "woke up over a week ago" and that her strength is growing daily.

The reported recovery of former British double agent Sergei Skripal and his Russian daughter, paired with the official hospital discharge of Detective Sergeant Nick Bailey, who was also allegedly exposed to the deadly Novichok nerve agent, erode the already shaky narrative presented by British Prime Minister Theresa May and her Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson that Russia committed an act of war on the soil of a NATO member by using a weapon of mass destruction.

This narrative was the basis for the ejection of 151 Russian diplomats from 27 countries around the globe, and without evidence would appear to be nothing more than a malicious attempt by the United Kingdom to kick start a new Cold War.
